Returns & Exchanges:

It is very important that you are perfectly pleased with your purchase. We offer 10-day return or exchange privilege for items in their original un-worn condition. Before you return any item, you need to obtain a R/A# (Return authorization number) from us via email sales@wearisit.com (please let us know the reason of your return). Marked the R/A# clearly outside the box before return.

Credit will not be issued for worn item or without the R/A#. S&H charges are not refundable. All sales are final after 10 days.

Shipping & Handling (S&H):

Unless specify, WEARISIT will either use UPS or USPS to ship your item within 24 hours of receiving your payment.

Tracking Number:

We only issue tracking number for UPS Shipment. Please specify "ITEM MUST SHIP VIA UPS" on the NOTE section of your paypal payment in order to obtain tracking alert for your shipment.

Sizing/Fitting:

All shoe brands are not made the same, we try to provide our customer with the measurement of each shoe listed. Please DO NOT ask us to compare our size with other brand. If in doubt, always order one size bigger for later use to avoid unnecessary returns.

Payment Method:

All purchase are process through www.paypal.com, buyer can specify any remarks on the NOTE section of paypal.

Wearisit is one of the biggest sources for the L'AMOUR Children Shoes. If you cannot find the styles you need form our site, send us an email with the picture of the shoe the size and color that you need, we probably can find that for you.
